"Getting the Gist of Gist"

What do you like best about Gist? I'd compare Gist to Intercom. It's a platform for managing your customer contacts and your communications with them. You can field inquiries for onsite chat, Facebook Messenger, and Twitter Direct Messages in a single location. Gist aggregates all your support channels. What do you like best about Gist? Features. Seriously, the developer listens and rolls out features faster than any other app I have seen. On the top, UI is pretty good. "Gist is a good all-in-one customer engagement solution"

What do you like best about Gist? I very much like how the conversations with website visitors are in a very user-friendly type of chat interface like I'm used to from social media, while still having the power to tag teammates, assign tasks, and add details on the contact.
