What do you like best about Gist? Gist is not just a chat platform, they evolved over the period of time and now offers almost all necessary features. What do you like best about Gist? Gist provides endless ways of interacting with customers. I can chat and email with them, track their usage on my site, qualify them, add tags and other profile information, and so much more. What do you like best about Gist? We like customers to be able to contact us any way they like. Gist helps with this. And if we happen to need to respond via email, we can do that as well. What do you dislike about Gist? With the email responses, wish it were able to not include our signature. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been able to address customer questions and issues faster.
