What do you like best? Gist is not just a chat platform, they evolved over the period of time and now offers almost all necessary features. "Helps us stay engaged with customers and offer better service"
What do you like best about Gist? We like customers to be able to contact us any way they like. Gist helps with this. And if we happen to need to respond via email, we can do that as well. What do you dislike about Gist? With the email responses, wish it were able to not include our signature. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been able to address customer questions and issues faster.

What do you like best about Gist? Live chat is great, drip emails are quite good, support is GREAT What do you dislike about Gist? Mobile app could be better and too many features in the app atm What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? Gist helps in running my blogging business.
