What do you like best? Easy to use, email marketing suite. I have LTD and since i have started using it in 2018, there has been lots of changes as promised by Gist Team. What do you dislike? What do you like best about Gist? ...and from being a very basic software it has come on in leaps and bounds, so much that I now use it as my main software for all things marketing What do you dislike about Gist? What do you like best about Gist? The Chat is simple for our customers to understand and make our life easier. Chatbots and marketing automation is a big plus. What do you dislike about Gist? IOS Notifications on different work spaces could be better. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? We create our own Chatbot in no time, without having to program for it.

"Helps us stay engaged with customers and offer better service"

What do you like best about Gist? We like customers to be able to contact us any way they like. Gist helps with this. And if we happen to need to respond via email, we can do that as well. What do you dislike about Gist? With the email responses, wish it were able to not include our signature. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? We've been able to address customer questions and issues faster.
