What do you like best about Gist? Most valuable for me is the feature rich integration between the solid chat platform and Email Marketing that Gist provides. It has become an indispensable part of my set up. In the beginning I did not like that the brand name back then (Convertfox) was visible below the chatbox. "Very easy set up, works great!"

What do you like best about Gist? I am currently only using the live chat and it does what I need. It was very easy to set up myself on my website without having to be a programmer to be able to do that. What do you dislike about Gist? I am not using enough of the system to have anything I dislike. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? I needed a simple live chat solution on my website and the potential to have more options in the future. Gist gives me exactly that.

What do you like best about Gist? I like how I can target specific people on my email list. Just because they're on my list doesn't mean that they'll get an email. I can send email to particular tags so that as I add new tags, I can target emails to specific people for a better experience for them and a better result for my efforts.
