"Get Gist is improving our open rates"
What do you like best? It's resend email to people who have not opened the email feature. What do you dislike? Get gist needs to work on the reporting side of things, there's not enough data What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being with MailChimp restricted us in many ways, we couldn't truly engage with people on a massive scale, Get Gist allows us to create workflows and drip campaigns far more efficiently

What do you like best about Gist? When I first started using Gist it was in a beta stage (and was called ConvertFox). Over a short period of time they grew their team and product to a serious All-in-one platform for customer support, live chat, marketing, drip-feed email campaign and much more. "Powerful and Confusing"
What do you like best about Gist? Gist can easily replace a system like Active Campaign. I love that it comes with a knowledgebase, support ticket center, live view, and a ton of other stuff. What do you dislike about Gist? Email deliverability is iffy at best. While they have improved, some of my support emails to customers go into their spam box.
