What do you like best about Gist? Gist's Live Chat is very easy to administer from email, desktop, and mobile app, and syncs seamlessly between the 3. What do you dislike about Gist? Lacks the polish of mature platforms like Hubspot, but it's a minor inconvenience. Recommendations to others considering Gist: It's quite good at what they're trying to do. What I like best about Gist is that they're *not* a stagnant application, over the years, their development and refining of their tool has been evident. What do you like best about Gist? All-in-one suite is fantastic. Idon't have to have different platforms (Email, Live chat,) to do what I need. The price is affordable as well.
