Simple tool to use

I am leaving Getemail - they just don't get customer service or value
I have used Getemail for nearly 18 months - I recently tried to upgrade to get additional credits - this took over 2 weeks to arrange (which business turns away additional business). Finally they have been able to upgrade my account but in the process taken away my ability to share the credits across my business (without my permission). The customer service from this business is without fail one of the worst I have come across. Shame as the product was OK and did a job but lots of others ...
