Good tool but awful customer service ...
I thought GetEmail.io was a useful tool and took up their discounted offer (get the $99 plan 1,000 credits for $49 on a one month trial basis) however they didn't keep their promise of checking with me to ensure the plan was the right one for my usage. When I went back to them to downgrade back to the $49 plan, I was told payment had already gone through and that they can not issue a refund.I have complained, raised it with LinkedIn and have been assured by my bank that I will get a refund, ...
