Suspicious
Having tried a few real people with poor results, I searched for a fictitious person on my own domain, to see what Getemail would come up with. It provided a non-existent email address using the domain and surname I'd supplied. Moments later my domain received unsolicited email to the address Getemail had just guessed at. As a result, this service looks like email address harvesting to me.
