Useless company

Useless company. Everyone be aware when you open an account business or personal. They waste your time royally!!!!!! They just waste your time with their nonsense questions and in the end just close your account. Avoid at any cost. I normally don't like to write bad reviews but this was just waste of time and I hope these negative reviews can help others to avoid wasting their time on this useless company

I deposited 40 € thinking it would be nice to have a virtual debit card for safe Internet payments. When I came back to use it, there was 0 left due to "dormant account fees". They actually charge 10 € / month if you don't use it. STAY AWAY!

If you are looking for adventure then this is the place for you. 1. The transfer can come, but you won’t even see it, it’s just in their bank and they are silent about it. 2. Easy, transparent management of funds

I don't need much: just a EUR acct and ability to pay online using my EUR funds, and Genome meets those needs perfectly. Registration and verification were super-easy, and on the few occasions I've had to reach out to support, I've always been with swift resolutions and utmost professionalism and courtesy.
