What do you like best? Stable and reliable software. I like GA. It is comprehensive. I like the screen design. I have liked all the techie Genesys employees I have come across so far. What do you dislike? The logging in any server can be improved a lot. Especially MCP logs. Logs should be easy to read. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? IVR application platform with Nuance,(GVP). Skill based Routing.
