What do you like best? The creation of tasks is very easy and offers a lot of options, especially the upload files to individual tasks and comment section. Creating dependencies between tasks is very fast and show a line between both tasks making it easy to follow the workflow. You can see the workload for all workers by hours and by tasks, this is something I never saw at other tools and makes very easy to find chokepoints and free times.
