An efficient Tool

What do you like best? It is so easy to use it and you can have a plenty of fonctionnalities you can discover. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to my mind right now. Maybe the printing side of it, wich is not as flexible in terms of changing the diagram scale to fit in a A4 format paper. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it took me too little time to insert all my tasks so to put in shape the diagram. and it's very user friendly.
