What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I understand what's going on inside my product. I am able to create analytics reports, observe user flows and create various dasboards for stakeholders. Also occassionaly I have found it extremely useful for troubleshooting and QA tasks related with specific users in the system and understanding their flows.
