Not bad.. if you're patient

What do you like best? The service works allows our office to eliminate any physical phones. What do you dislike? I've been using Fuze for over a year and felt the pain. The first 5 minutes of every meeting is the "Fuze tax". That's the period where Fuze gets overloaded and can't allow more people to connect. Fuze's video conferencing capabilities are what you would expect. The layout, once again, is very intuitive, and dare I say ...

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration issues. We tested Fuze against WebEx and Zoom, and felt the competition was superior at this point. Fuze has no "wow" features which differentiate it from the others.
