"Easy to use and very efficient "

What do you like best about Function Point? The ease of use and accessibility. (Love the dashboard feature) What do you dislike about Function Point? Constant logging in and out (randomly signs me out) What problems is Function Point solving and how is that benefiting you? We run the bulk of our processes through FP and it benefits us in terms of organization and accessibility for different departments throughout the business. Keeps everyone on the same page.

Function Point has many options so you can organize your business

PROS: Function Point offers many option for customizing our work, as a small company we needed a product that would offer us many functions instead of limiting us to one operation. I like schedule and calendar format, we are even able to upload iCal for everyone. We use tasking from a note so we can submit quick work orders and the note function is very important feature to us. Because of my minimal involvement with Function Point, and that I mostly use it for billing my time for clients, I do not have any dislikes. Maybe notifications for pinned notes could be better. Function Point is really helpful for our company

PROS: Function Point is our must have software in our business. We are more organized and we are able to grow more and more. I can’t even imagine running my business without this solution. CONS: To be honest, this is the product that we really need for running our day-to-day businesses. But, I find really hard to learn how to use this software. Also, I really don’t like its time-tracking feature, it would be great if they could make it simpler and useful.
