The ease of use, a lot of times I get error messages that I don't understand what they mean and have to wait for the West Coast to get to work before the issue can be addressed. What do you like best about Function Point? I do like the many options to customize your experience to your operations. We are a small firm and have people wearing many hats so we can tailor many functions as we need and not have to be limited to one operation. I do like the schedule and calendar format and that we can upload to iCal for each employee which creates an additional alert. What do you like best about Function Point? Once learned, it's easy to enter and find information. We use most features for day-to-day operations, but don't use the Gantt Charting or reports section. What do you dislike about Function Point? I find the new calendar layout difficult to read as quickly as the last iteration; I mostly use the 'Bulk Edit' to make things faster to comprehend.
