What do you like best about Function Point? It's very robust, almost to a fault. There is a lot you can do with it, and there are a lot of ways you can tailor it to your company. What do you dislike about Function Point? The sheer size of the application. It's too large to really manage unless it's your full-time job. This saves tons of time and I can easily make tweaks as needed to accommodate any differences between the projects.
