Insight into use

What do you like best? With full story, it gives the team greater insight into how users are using our platform. What do you dislike? SInce it's such a detailed tool, it has some issues with quick load times, ease of use, ease of finding cases to look at. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having this gives the support team another tool to debug issues and understand how a customer got to a certain point.

Great platform!

What do you like best? The ability to see exactly how clients interact with our app is an awesome insight for us to build better navigation and functionality to solve problems we didn't forsee or plan for. What do you dislike? Sometimes the UI of our customer's browser doesn't come through (particularly IE users so we can see exactly what they're seeing, which can be misleading to issues that 'seem' to exist. What do you like best? That I can very clearly see what our users were doing to dive into an issue or error.
