"Very user friendly"
What do you like best about Fullbay? I love how easy it is to learn. I also love how if you are hung up on something they have all the training videos at your fingertips to refer back to. My fullbay rep is also very responsive to any of my questions that I cant figure out on my own.

What do you like best about Fullbay? Good processes for Service Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and much more! Excellent reports for the back office on Employees, Customers, Inventory, and Service Units. Excellent integrations with other software. Vendor and customer portals allow them to view reports and complete actions for their respective roles.

What do you like best about Fullbay? User Friendly for all including Customers. The Customer Portal is amazing and we hear that daily. The system is easy to use for Techs, Parts, Service and Office personnel.
