What do you like best about Fulcrum? This app is very helpful for getting my work done in a fast and efficient manner. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. I have never used any other apps like this one but it works well in my experience. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? Occasionally the app is slow to respond and takes awhile for data to synchronize but I do believe that is the fault of the service provider and not the app itself. What do you like best about Fulcrum? Fulcrum is a good tool it helps us in managing data, transferring files, record-keeping and reporting. What do you like best about Fulcrum? It is a great way to keep track of productivity, as well as a way to see what trouble tickets are still outstanding. I think its a good way to show who is working on what ticket too, very easy to delegate tasks this way. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? What do you like best about Fulcrum? Being able to build your own apps that suit the needs of your business. The good service and support. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? It could do with some extra functionality, but having said that, you can always submit an enhancement request. What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows for the collection of field data in a systematic way. It gets information to the field team whether they are on-line or off-line.
