Easy and convenient
What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to learn features, easy to access from anywhere on any devise. What do you dislike? At times it is difficult to see responses on past replies from my contacts, need to access the email on a different platform to be able see them. What problems are you solving with the product? Professional and easy to use.
What do you like best? The private comments for internal company use ensuring that all our responses are aligned. What do you dislike? The search function or view is a bit complicated at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All company responses are aligned after good discussion about any issues that may arise. Without having to call meetings and waste time, we have a very swift response rate.

Access & Accountability at all times!
What do you like best? After years of forwarded emails with long and confusing chains in Mac Mail, Gmail, Outlook and other interfaces, Front is a huge breath of fresh air. Now, when members of our sales team are out of office (vacation or sick), it's simple and seamless to check in on their inboxes. Fantastic shared inbox experience and overall great email app
What do you like best? The best thing about Front is that my cofounder and I can both access emails, regardless of whether they're sent to one of us or to a general company email address, we can chat with each other about each before sending, share drafts with each other seamlessly, and pass them back and forth until we're ready to send. What do you like best? I love that front has so many integrations and their support is so helpful. We are able to manage all of our inboxes and assignments so easily now. What do you dislike? A very efficient shared inbox
What do you like best? Front is a great tool for having a shared inbox, receiving messages from multiple platforms in one inbox, and being able to place comments for your colleagues. It provides a good overview of all the messages that come in. What do you dislike? The tags in some inboxes don't apply to all mails as they should. Front and team Efficiency
What do you like best? The ease of exchanging convo w/o having to type and send emails is critical. Also, being able to hold discussions, assign cases, and manage multiple inboxes has proven very beneficial to the speed of our growth.
