What do you like best? Front makes managing a team inbox simple, streamlined and productive. We can seamlessly switch between users, track client interactions and communicate effectively as a team using the comments feature with simple tagging. Great Aggregate Tool

What do you like best? Ability to look across multiple channels in one space, and ensure our answers are consistent, no matter who is sending them (via canned responses). I think that the interface is clean, and it is easy to assign out to other teammates, and ensure we are all connecting - great for when we are on a mandatory WFH! Easy to use program, with but one minor fix needed

What do you like best? I like how everything is organised and therefor is easy to see. I can clearly see the divided inboxes on the left, making it easy to see how much work still needs to be done. Also, the e-mail conversations itself are shown like they are in e.g. iMessage or Whatsapp. This feels really familiar and makes it easy to read really long conversations. What do you like best? The ability to have conversations, tag team members, and upload supporting documents to existing email threads and ongoing communications is very useful for team to execute on outstanding items. Excellent Product - Couldn't Go Back!

What do you like best? It pulls in all the different channels with which people get in touch. So I can use whatsapp/SMS without needing a separate phone, and have messages show up right next to my emails (from multiple accounts!). The support is also excellent. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Front is really useful if you want to manage several email accounts in just one place. It's also great to be able to leave comments for teammates so you avoid sending extra emails and even to add personal notes as comments.
