What do you like best? Front helps me to stay united with my team. If I have great work load I can directly pass whatever messages to my team and on my behalf they can respond to particular client, I being still in the loop to keep an eye on the conversation going on. What do you like best? Easy to use, seamless and well organized What do you dislike? sometimes it takes a while to load and be slow to start up Recommendations to others considering the product: Once you learn all of the tools available it is a very handy program What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Slow start up, rarely get disconnected and need to log back in. Benefits would be the organizational aspect of it.

Front has excellent organizational & collaborative tools.
What do you like best? The collaborative tools make it easy to coordinate with colleagues in different locations, especially sharing and commenting on email threads. What do you dislike? I would like an easier way to sort emails after archiving them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My entire team is remote, so having remote/async collaborative tools like Front is essential.

Front Is incredible
What do you like best? The ability to work in teams, and to feel like your inbox is not never ending. Front’s support team is amazing! What do you dislike? Email sequences can be bit tricky to set up at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1. Collaborating with team members 2. Front is the best email client hands down.
What do you like best? Overall, the quality and reliability puts everything else to shame. Of course, we use it for SaaS support - because it has great rules and assignment features, and integration with Intercom, but I'm considering canceling Superhuman too because the difference in quality is large.
