What do you like best? The ability to keep everything in one location. All chat related to the thread and the content of the thread can be found quickly and easily. What do you dislike? The calendar. It is very user friendly

What do you like best? I like the app that connects to my phone so if I am away from the office I can still receive notes and emails What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, as I am still learning all that this program can do What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes I can't figure out the calendar but I am sure that it is a user problem not a program issue. I like how things can be archived and recalled at my fingertips.

I love the ability to add members to an email or discussion thread at any point in the conversation, while at the same time avoiding the dreaded "Reply All" that people seem to not understand how to use. In the right situation, Front is a life altering tool.

What do you like best? Personally, I hate long email threads with lots of back and forth internal communication leading to a client response. Front allows you to have that internal chatter without stacking up email signatures. I also love being able to pass drafts back and forth with a colleague. What do you dislike? Better alternative to Zendesk

What do you like best? Tagging teammates and starting discussion instead of forwarding multiple emails. What do you dislike? Copy and paste feature isn't as fluid compared to Gmail. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing emails and better collaborate with my teammates. I realized I haven't had the need to keep multiple communication channels.
