GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH FRONT

What do you like best? I like that we can assign emails to different members of the team What do you dislike? I dislike that there is sometimes a lag in receiving emails (not long) but the inbox sometimes doesn't refresh as quickly as I would like What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since we have one main inbox for 4 team members, we are using front to divide the work and make sure all emails are being answered.

Great product really helps my different teams manage emails well.

What do you like best? - The ability to have teams assign messages, make sure everyone sees a message, just changes our email management in a way that's hard to quantify. Awesome application that keeps me in sync with my teammates.

What do you like best? Ease of use & visibility among teammates. Ability to merge conversations. Snoozing & Send-Later features are very helpful in managing email workload. Internal notes tied to emails that myself & other teammates can refer to is super valuable for background information and additional details I want to share with team. What do you dislike? LOVE using Front with my team

What do you like best? I love that we can collaborate on drafts, loop someone into a message (without actually sending the email) they weren't originally included on and have conversations about a response outside of an email thread (that could easily, and accidentally) be forwarded. I also love that I can add some notes of my own and snooze for later action / follow up. I was really skeptical about Front, but I started using it because others on my team were. Front is the perfect team inbox solution

What do you like best? I really enjoy the tagging feature, it makes it easy to keep organized and assure the team is all aligned. What do you dislike? I would like to have the ability to take notes somewhere. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been far more aligned as a team and it allows me to combine multiple inboxes and one place seamlessly.

Easier internal comms for customer interactions

What do you like best? Front makes it easy to work on the front lines and easily collaborate with other employees who aren't working the front lines and interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis. Simply @ mention someone and they have access to the context of the conversation. Nice helper with my accounting and sales tasks

What do you like best? Most of all I like your approach around zero inbox technique. Before the Front it was never easy to clear all emails. Now I can do it easily. What do you dislike? I'd like to see more integrations. Most of all with CalDav calendars. Not all of your users using Google Cal or Office 365. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm decreased my answer time and emails now less often fall through the cracks.

Front helps us to work really as a team together.

What do you like best? Front is the new revolution of working together with a mass of emails on customers solutions. It helps with the collaboration over all departments. With using rules and tags we can easily assign the right team or team member. I also pretty much like the easy use of Front. The support helps fast. What do you dislike?
