I'm a Big Fan of Front
What do you like best? My favorite feature in front is being able to chat with another team member about an email. I don't have to forward the email to someone else in my company and create an endlessly long thread. Instead, I start a chat with a teammate and can even share a draft to have someone else edit before I sent the email response to the customer. Very good app for organizing the mess of emails
What do you like best? Front does bring a totally new take on emails by making collaboration and scheduling directly in an app. It avoids longs chains of bcc people and allows discussions inside the own email threads. Also meetingbird which is a companion app from Front is probably the best scheduling experience I had so far compared to other solutions. What do you dislike? Front is expensive. What do you like best? Front is really efficient and has great organization. What do you dislike? Archives can be long to filter without tags Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try it is really well organized What problems are you solving with the product? great CRM tool
What do you like best? I like that Front is flexible on a lot of it's functions. I like that I can use different reminders, tag people, communicate with them in the app with and without sending an email. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, not everyone in my organisation uses Front, so if I need to share something with them, I essentially duplicate information, since it will have to go via gmail. Excellent email tool!
What do you like best? I like that I can assign emails to my staff and also see everything that is going on as well. I can also send them messages right from the email tool. I really like tagging all the emails so they file into the appropriate email boxes, its a really nice design, made for many staff or one person. What do you dislike? I have had to reach out to chat a few times and I always receive AMAZING customer service.
What do you like best? How the company focuses on A+ customer service What do you dislike? Nothing!! Everything has been fantastic! Recommendations to others considering the product: Front will help your business operate much more efficiently What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? My favorite aspect of Front's software is the ability to have the entire team view & have a conversation about an email without having to have multiple emails back and forth.
