Easy to setup and use + handy integrations
What do you like best? This tool has been super easy for the team to adopt/adapt to, and much more user-friendly than similar platforms. Features like adding rules and tagging keep us organized, as does the snooze feature - one of my personal favorites and something that keeps our multiple inboxes nice and clean. Great interface, multiple tools and nice usability
What do you like best? The function to create sequence emails and monitor the feedback from your contacts is awesome. It really helps me with my follow ups. Excellent modern email solution
What do you like best? Shared email addresses such as info@ that have multiple people responding to queries from are completely taken care of from a collaboration point of view, with everyone being able to see in clear terms who owns which email and is responding etc. Internal communication among employees is super easy too, and very utilized by our team. Front: pros and cons
What do you like best? Firstly, the Front UI is very pleasing. It uses a comfortable color palette, with just the right amount of contrast and vibrancy to be very clear as well. The combination of a muted red/pink and white is very effective. The Front UI is also structured in a good way. The various sections are distinct and easy to work with. What do you like best? The Snooze capability is great when clearing your inbox but still wanting to check back in with that person in the future. What do you dislike? Simple, Easy, Slick
What do you like best? I love being able to snooze items for a later date or time in the day. It helps to clear my head space and focus on the task at hand, that moment. What do you dislike? Sometimes merging emails gets a bit wonky, or if I am tagged in an email then it keeps on popping up and I cannot get delete/mute the email. It's often times hard to view the email subject. Easy to use and share mailbox system
What do you like best? I love the department shared mailboxes. We use this to a great extent so that things to do fall through the cracks in our legal department. I also really like the comment feature in front so we can keep all the chatter associated with an email in one place. What do you dislike?
