Shared email addresses such as info@ that have multiple people responding to queries from are completely taken care of from a collaboration point of view, with everyone being able to see in clear terms who owns which email and is responding etc. Internal communication among employees is super easy too, and very utilized by our team. What do you like best? Firstly, the Front UI is very pleasing. It uses a comfortable color palette, with just the right amount of contrast and vibrancy to be very clear as well. The combination of a muted red/pink and white is very effective. The Front UI is also structured in a good way. The various sections are distinct and easy to work with. What do you like best? The Snooze capability is great when clearing your inbox but still wanting to check back in with that person in the future. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love being able to snooze items for a later date or time in the day. It helps to clear my head space and focus on the task at hand, that moment. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the department shared mailboxes. We use this to a great extent so that things to do fall through the cracks in our legal department.
