Front is a great communication app combining email and company chat in one.

What do you like best? Combination of emails and chat in one app, tags allowing easy organisation of the messages, well arranged. What do you dislike? It took me a while to find where are archived or deleted messages - was looking for the folders in the left panel where it is usually placed under inbox folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems at the moment.

Great app, very easy to use!

What do you like best? The ability to create custom responses, both shared and individual, and to use them in emails! Also love the ability to "assign" emails to different boxes, and to unassign What do you dislike? Repeated reminders to "add my work email", I don't use Front like this. What do you like best? Front is incredibly digestible and easy to use. You can start using it without requiring any lengthy training, owing to it's absorbable user interface. Front has changed our entire business for the better.

What do you like best? We do not have to share every email now. Before Front, every person in our office received every email that came through--even on days they were not in office. Thanks to Front, we now have team inboxes, and only the emails that are pertinent to an individual are coming through to that individual.
