"Easy and friendly to use, one of the best tools I have ever use to do my job."
What do you like best about Front? Makes my job easy by adding and having canned message bottom available, it takes less time for me to better assist my clients. The best part of it is that we can modify or add our own. What do you dislike about Front? "The Best Email Service I've Used in a Professional Setting"
What do you like best about Front? It's very user-friendly! Each department also uses the round-robin feature to distribute incoming emails effectively. The comments and discussion feature makes it easy for my team to collaborate effectively to solve customer issues. I also greatly appreciate that we can edit spreadsheets (add and remove rows and columns) directly in an email. It saves me a lot of time! What do you dislike about Front? What do you like best about Front? The team chat feature within emails is amazing, and has completely transformed my inbox. What do you dislike about Front? I don't like the format of printed emails. Thankfully, I don't need to use it often. What do you like best about Front? Front is an easy to use app that is extremely helpful in organizing emails. I love that my inbox is always empty. Discussions is definitely my favorite feature in Front. I like being able to discuss a topic with a teammate, having the option to bring in another member at anytime, and it all being in real time.
