"Great collaboration tool"

What do you like best about Front? I enjoy the ability to quickly collaborate with teammates, to be able to respond to customers with the accurate information in a timely fashion. Front cuts down significantly on time spent communicating across departments. What do you dislike about Front? The only thing I dislike is not being able to easily figure out how to sort by teammate chatter outside of the inbox. I'd love a feature to have a list of "chats" arranged by teammate. What do you like best about Front? The chat feature, the assigning so things leave your inbox and it's off your plate. Very efficient program. What do you dislike about Front? Nothing I can think of, honestly. Will let you guys know if something comes to mind. Recommendations to others considering Front: Do it. It'll help you make money! "Fast, Efficient, and Fun!"

What do you like best about Front? I like how I can include other co-workers in my emails and how we can separate tasks based on teams while still having visibility of everyone's emails. What do you dislike about Front? As of right now, I wish Front had an easier way to include all the needed information my company needs to log emails in our main platform (for compliance reasons). What do you like best about Front? The assigning feature and commenting in conversations is the most used and helpful feature for our usecase. It makes working as a team very easy. Also switching between Inboxes or giving people access to different inboxes is great. What do you dislike about Front? What do you like best about Front? Being able to assign emails to the right team member and work as a team on responses in the same window is brilliant What do you dislike about Front? I would like to be able to easily turn on and off vacation responder What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? "Customer Service at its Best"

What do you like best about Front? Teammate assignments, tags, rules, and email ownership and tracking What do you dislike about Front? Current price levels, export & upload restrictions surrounding contacts, and auto signature restrictions (phone number inclusions). What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Timeliness of communication and customer service. Emails are highly organized. We've never had a cleaner and more organized inbox.

What do you like best about Front? The sharing of drafts and commenting on teammates' threads is invaluable to my productivity. I'm able to get internal approval 5x faster than before! What do you like best about Front? The ability to assign emails, write comments, and mention fellow teammates under an email (instead of forwarding).
