What do you like best about Front? I like the "mention" feature best. Instead of forwarding the email, you can simply mention or share the email or discussion with the team and discuss it within the same thread. Super fast and super convenient indeed! "Wonderful tool"

"The experience of using Front is great"

What do you like best about Front? the filter feature in Front is great. I can always easily find whatever I want. What do you dislike about Front? To be honest, my experience with Front is positive. "Great tool for collaboration with multiple team members"

What do you like best about Front? Having a function to create comments or add others without having to forward the message which creates multiple email chains and makes the chains longer and harder to review. What do you dislike about Front? If I merge too many things I can miss a message (when multiple people have replied on multiple emails) so I try to wait until an issue has been completed or resolved before I merge multiple emails. "Excellent Shared Inbox Tools For Teams"

What do you like best about Front? The canned responses with intuitive scripting variables have been instrumental to my team's success. These allowed our team to become efficient in ways we couldn't have foreseen before switching to Front. What do you dislike about Front? What do you like best about Front? On top of what is an excellent product, that looks very simple and is easy to use, but is actually super powerful and customisable, their customer support is one of the best I've ever experienced. Pre and after signing up, nothing is too much to ask. Their onboarding guides, checklists, help articles,... are all excellent. What do you like best about Front? How simple it is to communicate effectively with colleagues in a timely manner, and share important information with the click of a button. What do you dislike about Front? It does tend to lag occasionally, however the support team is quick to fix any bugs/problems. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast communication with employees who work from home - there is no such thing as "stepping on toes" with Front!
