What do you like best about Front? I love using Front! Collaboration across teams has never been easier. It's essential now that we're WFH. What do you dislike about Front? "Review from a trucking company"

What do you like best about Front? the complete transparency it gives for everyone across the company. being able to @ mention another coworker so they have eyes on a potential problem or whatever is incredible. snoozing is a godsend. team inboxes really cuts down on things i need to see versus stuff that is just noise. "Excellent Platform"

What do you like best about Front? I like chatting under emails with teammates. I also like how "modern" it looks. The Outlook desktop app still looks like it's from the 90's or early 2000s. Finally, I do also like the team inboxes. What do you dislike about Front? I dislike the searching feature. It's gotten better, but it's still not as good as outlook. What do you like best about Front? Easy to work as a team (e.g share emails, forward, etc). What do you dislike about Front? Small typing bugs that seems to come and go. E.g. automatically delete spaces after using an emoji What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows for better centralization of customer requests/emails. Also, it increases productivity.

"Great Tool for businesses with multiple teams."

What do you like best about Front? Front makes it easy to have multiple employees work on the same task, but also makes it easy to assign tasks to single employees to work on individually. What do you like best about Front? Front allows contact between team members with ease. Moving communications from one inbox to another is simple and fast. What do you like best about Front? Snooze and mute capabilities - helps not lost any message and mute "side noises". What do you dislike about Front? I'm working with labels - I'm missing the option to archive and skip from the inbox in one click. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? reducing the number of emails by using the "teammates" conversions

"Powerful tool that helps us work faster and more efficiently."

What do you like best about Front? Email merging, snoozing, commenting, and tagging. What do you dislike about Front? The pricing for some of the extra features. It would be nice to use some of them but the pricing doesn't make sense for us. I have issues moving emails from folder to folder sometimes. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? We're improving response times and able to manage emails better. Customers are happier, we're providing better customer service.
