"Amazing email program"
What do you like best about Front? The fact that we can see when someone reviews our email. What do you dislike about Front? I would like to be able to have multiple front pages open, or a way to have an email up and search for another email. Recommendations to others considering Front: It is amazing! Use it! What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to look up emails. Benefits are being able to comment on emails.

We love that you can assign emails to a different team member and that you can share drafts so they can be double-checked easier. "The best tool for a collaborative team with many clients & communication channels !"
What do you like best about Front? Emails are considered as tasks, so it avoids unanswered emails, and comments on emails are very useful to help each other to answer the right thing. It also helps us also to train new team members directly in situ. What do you dislike about Front? Nothing in the product, which is really nice to use everyday. "Extremely user friendly and efficient"
What do you like best about Front? Being able to add comments and invite coworkers to view emails. This is especially important when customers send pictures of their work. Front allows them to easily be shared with relevant parties. What do you dislike about Front? It would be nice if there was a way to "uninvite" people from an email thread. "Greatest Tool our software company ha ever used for joint support emails & collaboration"
What do you like best about Front? I currently reside in Utah and it's no surprise I am surrounded by the largest software technology hub where many employees work remotely. "Amazing Organization & Communication"
What do you like best about Front? The organization of specific emails. I absolutely LOVE the option of assigning email correspondences to teammates as well. The chat option is by far my favorite feature of Front!! Every time you paste an image into the chat - it generates it as a PDF attachment, however when you press send [enter key], the pasted screenshot will reflect as the image - absolutely love that! :) I love that on the cell phone application; you can see who viewed the email at ...

What do you like best about Front? I like the tagging system and messaging best, also the ability to import customer accounts and SAP numbers. I use the salesforce integration as well. Front has been much smoother than outlook. What do you dislike about Front? Sometimes the server has been slow to update, but that's it.
