"Better than Outlook."
What do you like best about Front? The fact you can tag colleagues instead of forwarding the whole email body. You can move emails to other team members. You can set email rules for certain emails so they automatically get put into correct folders. What do you dislike about Front? Sometimes when you get a response from an email sent, it does not show at the top of your inbox. You have to go and find the email. Other than that it is top notch. What do you like best about Front? I feel the message template feature is the best. What do you dislike about Front? I can't think of any dislikes at this time. Recommendations to others considering Front: I would recommend giving it a try to see if you can increase your productivity. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to keep frequently used emails on a word document.

What do you like best about Front? How intuitive it is to use. It is so easy to forward your e-mails and understand the flow of the conversation when many people are involved. Tagging your colleagues on conversations that have something to do with them or their scope makes the whole team more responsive. What do you like best about Front? The best features are the tagging system and the shared team inbox where you can assign specific emails/tasks to individuals. This all provides a lot of clarity and organization. What do you dislike about Front? The least helpful feature so far is that the calendar doesn't sync/isn't as good as the one in Teams/Outlook. What do you like best about Front? Commenting and tagging other colleagues on an email rather than having to reference it on other chatting apps is great! What do you dislike about Front? "Front allows me to have all centralized in one place."
What do you like best about Front? The seamless integration with Salesforce is awesome. To be able to comment on the email threads without having to write new emails. The colors allow me to identify my co-workers easily. What do you dislike about Front? Sometimes you need to create a new thread to send emails to a different distribution group as is you reply and continue the same thread, anyone could archive it and the new distribution group won't see it. "Get organized with Front!"
What do you like best about Front? The snooze feature is extremely helpful, it allows me to keep track of what I need to do and when. Also, the tag feature further helps to organize my inbox and keep track of my various projects. The feature that allows you to see if an email has been viewed is a nice touch.
