"Game changer email client"
What do you like best about Front? Front makes working with my team easy! Using channels, rules, and canned responses makes working with customers a great experience What do you dislike about Front? Honestly, not much. I feel I have to login to hubspot too frequently, but that's about my only gripe. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? The canned responses were a huge win for our team, as well as the rules to automate actions based on certain message criteria.

What do you like best about Front? Tagging/Assigning emails Ability to see other teammates inboxes What do you dislike about Front? Front is an awesome email software and honestly don't think I would change anything. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Assigning emails to teammates is a breeze, makes life so much easier. Extreme productivity benefits.

"Front - A Game Changer"
What do you like best about Front? What I like the most is that I can assign email to my colleagues. As a Supervisor, this is a very helpful tool for me. Also I like that we can use tags for emails, easily mentions a colleague whenever we need them right away and merge emails. What do you dislike about Front? "Collaboration at its finest!"
What do you like best about Front? I like how you can comment on conversations. It allows us to work together before we send the final email to the client. What do you dislike about Front? I want the ability to merge lots of emails together. Currently, there is a limit. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Some days it is a little bit delayed/laggy but it is usually fixed quickly. The ability to comment on threads allows us to procure the perfect email.

What do you like best about Front? I love the archive/snooze method of organizing emails. I feel like there are so many built-in safe guards that I'm far less likely to miss important emails and tasks.
