What do you like best about Front? Catagogizing messages and assigning them What do you dislike about Front? It takes some time to load, but that is minor What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Searching and finding information from customers and brokers.

"We've been using fron for a couple of years now at the office, and it has been very useful."

What do you like best about Front? Bein able to assign emails to yourself or others in your team its very helpful as it reduces the chances of double-working, meaning no task is being worked by more than 2 team-mates at the same time. What do you dislike about Front? Since it has to use another email server (outlook/gmail/ymail) to pull the emails from, sometimes it desynchronizes and you have to go to the other app to perhaps empty or delete old emails to get it to work. What do you like best about Front? Front is offering a new vision of work with a powerfull mind of collaboration. I like share informations or questions about an email with the tag function and analytics to be more efficient. The support is very kind and fast to answer (special thanks to Abraham). "Amazing for team collaboration"

What do you like best about Front? The ability to tag teammates and collaborate, snooze + mute as needed. Plenty of ways to make workflows more efficient and decrease the noise. What do you dislike about Front? No immediate dislikes come to mind to be honest. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to give team members more insight into conversations and be in the know when dealing with a customer.

"Easy to use tool"

What do you like best about Front? I like the ability to have my email and chat together in one place. It makes chat more work focused and less slack-y which I love. I also love archiving and snoozing and send later! What do you dislike about Front? The search isn't always the best. Sometimes I will search by email and it won't suggest the most often used person, but someone I've only emailed once. Also when I search for a word or phrase it often brings up waaay too many ...
