What do you like best about Front? I can track how many times a prospect has opened my email. What do you dislike about Front? It is sometimes difficult to keep a track on emails. UI/UX can be worked upon. Recommendations to others considering Front: Must have tool if you have a sales team. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Front? I love that Front automatically assigns conversations to the team member who is already working on the issue. This saves time and helps avoid errors. What do you like best about Front? The Copy Message-ID option is an excellent tool to keep track of all communication regarding the same issue with different subject What do you dislike about Front? "Great Staying Organized"

What do you like best about Front? Front is very easy to navigate and review all communications between team members. Easy to stay organized. What do you dislike about Front? Nothing at this point. I really like using Front each day. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? I work with residents that are not satisfied for all reasons. Using front allows me to communicate with the residents and coworkers. I like that I can research from previous conversations.
