What do you like best about Front? I love that the platform is east to use and maneuver. What do you dislike about Front? There is nothing specific that sticks out to me that I dislike about the platform. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? "Amazing, front has a very easy way to share emails and communicate with teammates."

What do you like best about Front? I think the most helpful feature of the front is that I can share an email with a teammate without needing to forward it or cc' them on the email, I can just add them as participants or tag them to see the email, and with this, the other person that I am emailing doesn't even know that my teammate is also able to see what they have sent me. "Very easy to use - allows me to prioritise my workload, add notes, and easily follow-up contacts."

What do you like best about Front? The "Snooze" function is incredibly useful - I can use it to prioritize my most urgent tasks, and also use it as a reminder to follow up on past inquiries. I also really like that I can share emails with other team members , and make private notes and comments on customer emails, without creating a long chain of Forwards. What do you like best about Front? Front saves a lot time, it's easier to be on top of everything and it's no longer necessary to forward or having to explain issues to other team members What do you dislike about Front? It can get cluttered sometimes. Notifications are not easy to set up for mailboxes What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Follow up with clients gets easier as all the people involved have access to the whole threads
