"Makes customer service work enjoyable"

What do you like best about Front? Front is the email channel that we use at my place of employment. I'm in customer service so we use this app to communicate internally with each other, and for customer support as well. All of our emails stay organized and we can search and filter with ease in order to find what we are looking for. We LOVE the @mention feature in Front and use it frequently. "Amazing for team collaboration!"

What do you like best about Front? I love that I can bring in the correct team members to support or take over a task. Being able to invite and assign has saved us so many forwarded emails and you can keep track even when someone takes over! Making rules has supported my organization of inbound requests and tracking. "Amazing software and quick service"

What do you like best about Front? The change in mindset to shared communication and the goal to archive or snooze conversations. What do you dislike about Front? The calendar functionality is an afterthought, so that's a bit difficult to navigate. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? We had closed visibility between our teams. Now we have an ability to collaborate without any hassle.

What do you like best about Front? I love the snooze feature and the folders to devide between archived, snoozed and opent . What do you dislike about Front? "Front is Awesome"

What do you like best about Front? I love Front! We switched from Outlook to Front at the beginning of this year. I like how it is similar to using a cell phone the way the new messages pop in on the bottom instead of the top. I like how it separates the messages instead of one long stream. I also like that we do not have to share our inboxes with other co-workers. All the messages that are for customers go to one inbox and you can search that inbox and find anything you need to find. "Front: new user experience"

What do you like best about Front? I find the snooze tool most helpful for staying organized and following up on short and long term commitments. What do you dislike about Front? Sometimes my sent emails do not have all of the tags available until I put it in a different inbox and unassign/reassign. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Front helps me stay organized and makes it easy to follow up on numerous tasks.

"Collaborative Client Communication"

What do you like best about Front? Front makes client communication so easy! I love that I can tag my supervisor and she can edit my drafts and provide feedback before I send something out to a client. I also can tag someone from another department to handle something without creating a whole new email thread. It keeps my inbox clean and my client communication even cleaner. "An Administrative Blessing!"

What do you like best about Front? The part about Front that I like the best is the commenting and assigning capabilities! I am the administrative director of a large summer camp and sometimes I get emails from parents with requests I need approval for in order to respond. On Front I can easily comment and tag my boss so that she can see the email and understand what I need help with.
