What do you like best about Front? Snooze, noting the email that might have issues What do you dislike about Front? Replies go into the assigned folder and Im working the unassigned folder not seeing the reply come in What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? We have no problems! What do you like best about Front? Its an organized, easy-to-navigate platform that allows me to quickly communicate with over 25 of our company's clients - ALL IN ONE PLACE! "The best collaborative email platform I have ever used!"

What do you like best about Front? I love the ability to organize emails by clean design tags and have conversations within an email thread without a client seeing them. What do you dislike about Front? Search is not a helpful tool. It tends to bring up EVERYTHING and cuts off the title/content of the email. This is why I rely on tags. What do you like best about Front? I like that Front combined features available in Intercom and Gmail, which is suitable for our business processes. Zero inbox is super! Assigning conversations! Commenting and tagging colleagues! Statistics report based on conversation tags is very helpful in identifying the major type of enquiries. "Easiest Email Interface I've Ever Used"

What do you like best about Front? I love the chat features to communicate with colleagues without writing a new email. And the conversation list is so easy to navigate! "Amazing app for managing & viewing emails!"

What do you like best about Front? I like being able to add comments for my team, mention each other in the email & solve the case before sending an email. I also like how front connects to my Gmail and show everything in one place. The app is super great, gives notifications for every email or mention. What do you like best about Front? Delegate the inbox is the best, I can delegate email to a teammate What do you dislike about Front? Sometimes emails get mix in the same conversation even the subject is different What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Front? Able to chat with your coworkers within a hidden chat feature without spamming other chatting platforms and the easy use of tags to keep your emails organized. Also, canned responses are easy to edit and share with other members of my team. What do you dislike about Front?
