"Business Development Coordinator"
What do you like best about Front? I love the ability to comment on emails as opposed to sending a whole thread to someone. It's very useful! What do you dislike about Front? The fact that when I archive certain items, they will archive them in other peoples inboxes. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Overall communication within our teams

What do you like best about Front? The ability to share emails with coworkers and effectively communicate quickly and efficiently on a client's message. I love the fact that we don't have to pass copies of emails back and forth. What do you dislike about Front? I tend to have issues with the desktop notifications not functioning correctly. So I've had to be very mindful of my appointments. But I would love to see some improvements made to the calendar functions. What problems is Front ...

"Organized, User-Friendly, Multifunctional"
What do you like best about Front? Front is great because it organizes all of its features accordingly. It allows for better communication amongst staff members as well as clients. Many features and easy to use. What do you dislike about Front? So far there isn't much that I think should be worked on. The software itself has many features that can be used in a variety of businesses. Possibly better categorization of inboxes? Otherwise it's an amazing tool of communication! What problems is ...

"Changed the way I interact with my inbox"
What do you like best about Front? I love the way my team has customized who gets what emails from our customers. We no longer have to decide from ourselves and can rely on Front to do the hard work for us. What do you dislike about Front? While there are quite a few options for setting up email triage, I know it took our team a lot of technical work to set up all the rules, and we are still working out all the ways we want to use our integrations alongside other filter options. What ...

"Organization for a busy team"
What do you like best about Front? I like the way Front allows me to collaborate with my teammates and share responsibility for the management of our inbox. What do you dislike about Front? The only downside to Front that I have struggled with is the lack of calendar integration on mobile devices, and it can be confusing to get the hang of the "Shared with Me" versus "Assigned to Me" inboxes. Recommendations to others considering Front: If you have a team managing shared e-mails, this is an ...
