"Best productivity tool ever."

What do you like best about Front? Using front saves so much time when you have to handle numerous emails, this app is a game changer. What do you dislike about Front? I wish I could archive drafts that couldn't not be sent. So they don't continue appearing on Drafts, deleting them is not an option for me as I need the record of having sent the email. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Handling several emails at the time and saving time with the templates.
