What do you like best about Front? I like that I can tag my colleagues in emails and share them with them. This makes things so much easier as compared to forwarding everything. I like the interface too, it is very easy to use. What do you dislike about Front? What do you like best about Front? The ability to chat with teammates on an email chain and collaborate on writing email drafts What do you dislike about Front? It is almost too easy to archive emails, sometimes emails are archived and forgotten about with an accidental misclick somewhere that one wouldn't think would affect an email What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Front? I love that Front is so user-friendly! It is not overly complicated. What do you dislike about Front? The downside is it can be difficult to search front on times using a particular keyword. It just brings up too many search results at times. The ability to chat in email threads, build rules, assign emails, and view analytics behind your emails as well as your employees has really changed the way we work for the better. "I can't imagine our company operations working without Front!"

What do you like best about Front? Team inboxes, rules, integrations with other apps, the accounts feature, and reports! What do you dislike about Front? The search function is sometimes buggy/ineffective. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a lot of different folks on different teams that serve separate business lines, but often serving the same customers. Front makes handling that easy!
