What do you like best about Front? The collaboration aspect - this is especially helpful when training new hires. Client communication is such a huge part of our day-to-day, it is so so helpful to be able to have new hires share email drafts with me/other leaders on our team and giving them a seal of approval before sending. What do you like best about Front? Easy to use app with lot of great festures. What do you dislike about Front? I dislike the avarage response time calculator. Recommendations to others considering Front: Use Front if you want to always be on top with your services. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Front? It is easier and more intuitive to use, it allows you not to get overwhelmed with so many emails with its option to file to free up the work space. What do you like best about Front? I like the detailed features and organization abilities What do you dislike about Front? It took some adjusting to remember to check the different Inboxes such as Assigned to me, Shared with me, and the main inbox. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping to be more organized and is a huge time saver when it comes to replying, following up and eliminating outside chats. I love that everything is in one place.
