"Collaborative and Time-Saving"

What do you like best about Front? The ability to tag teammates in comments within an email thread helps us get things done so much faster. It's easy to get on the same page and move things forward. The "Assigned to me", "Shared with me", and personal inboxes are also helpful for staying organized and prioritizing. "Front Usage in my Workplace"

What do you like best about Front? The collaboration aspect - this is especially helpful when training new hires. Client communication is such a huge part of our day-to-day, it is so so helpful to be able to have new hires share email drafts with me/other leaders on our team and giving them a seal of approval before sending. What do you like best about Front? Easy to use app with lot of great festures. What do you dislike about Front? I dislike the avarage response time calculator. Recommendations to others considering Front: Use Front if you want to always be on top with your services. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? "The new way to use your mail."

What do you like best about Front? It is easier and more intuitive to use, it allows you not to get overwhelmed with so many emails with its option to file to free up the work space. In addition, its option to assign tasks and have conversations with colleagues between emails is perfect. What do you dislike about Front? "Front has been a game changer"

What do you like best about Front? I like the detailed features and organization abilities What do you dislike about Front? It took some adjusting to remember to check the different Inboxes such as Assigned to me, Shared with me, and the main inbox. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping to be more organized and is a huge time saver when it comes to replying, following up and eliminating outside chats. I love that everything is in one place.

What do you like best about Front? I love how it sorts and diverts emails to the proper person and how easy the rules are to set up. What do you like best about Front? The organization and ease in use. The inboxes help you know where you are at and it helps keep you organized to perform at your best. "I love it! Everything is in one place and it's great for a transparent team."

What do you like best about Front? I like the tag feature and the ability to share drafts between team members. What do you dislike about Front? We had an issue in the beginning with the wrong name being displayed to recipients but received help from Front's customer service. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Front helps optimize our time as team members because we no longer need to forward/screenshot emails to share teamwide.
