"Revolutionised our inbox."

What do you like best about Front? Being able to assign emails amongst the team without marking the email as having been read is wicked. I enjoy the chat section at the bottom, and GIFs are on fire. What do you dislike about Front? Can be quite frustrating having a maximum image attachment size without an option to scale all images to Small or Medium (as outlook), reducing size so they can be sent together (we genearlly have to save for web in photoshop first and then reattach) What ...

"Front gives you the opportunity to snooze items that will require further review"

What do you like best about Front? I really like the snooze function in Front. I also enjoy being able to tag coworkers, and well as the comment function What do you dislike about Front? There is not I do not like about Front I do not use a lot of the functions that are available What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? I would really enjoy to have Dark mode we sit in front of our computer all day long and difficult tired eyes by the end of the day

What do you like best about Front? As a marketing agency that monitors the inboxes of our clients, Front's value truly can't be calculated. Being able to seamlessly switch from one account to another saves 2-3 hours EVERY single day. Between that and the Discussion feature, Front is where we do the bulk of our work. "Growth Account Executive"

What do you like best about Front? I love the ability to collaborate with other depts. For example, I tag my manager to review messaging, I tag in legal, solutions engineers, support and more. "I wish I had moved to Front sooner ! It's been revolutionary for our team."

Front does exactly what it sets out to help you with, it allows my team to retain a personable approach with our clients, avoiding a faceless ticketing platform experience for them which would've been the case if we opted for a platform like Zendesk for example.
