"FRONT REVIEW"

What do you like best about Front? We use FRONT every day / all day. I am not the most tech-efficient person, and FRONT is always offering hints to make me better. What do you dislike about Front? The only issue I have experienced with FRONT is the ability to load on rare occasions. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? It has improved our ability to communicate efficiently.

"FRONT"

What do you like best about Front? I can have access to multiple inboxes which is essential to my job function. What do you dislike about Front? I do not have many of any dislikes. It is pretty efficient. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? A lot of our staff became remote when the pandemic started. Front has enabled us to communicate efficiently even without ever seeing each other.

"Easy to use, and has a very intuitive user interface."

What do you like best about Front? It makes it easy to communicate in the background of email threads with Team members. What do you dislike about Front? Sometimes it takes a little while for an email to show up on Front, but this is not often. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Just keeping everyone in the loop on things, being work from home, it can be more challenging for everyone to be on the same page, and Front helps alleviate this issue.

What do you like best about Front? Based on my user's experience, I can tell Front is definitely a very useful tool. This software enables me to process claims and emails while at the same time tagging my coworkers for them to see my work achievements. "I love all the features of Front"

What do you like best about Front? being able to chat with my coworkers on email chains to resolve issues before replying to an email has been a lifesaver. What do you dislike about Front? I haven't really had any issues with Front. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? I never really had any problems with Front.

What do you like best about Front? Front organized out entire organizations' text messages in one spot. The different department can chime in and assure that no messages are missed. We can tag ourselves and be automatically alerted of a text. No worries if we're not in the office, it's also visible to others to assure no one falls through the cracks. What do you like best about Front? User friendly and several ways of tagging emails What do you dislike about Front? Nothing that I dislike as of now seems to be working great What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? I like that I am able to make notes that only my coworkers can see on the emails. Helps make notes for the next person who might be handling the email next
