The best thing that ever happened to my team with email!
What do you like best? The level of collaboration and knowledge sharing that Front has brought not only to my team but our entire Customer Success organization has been huge. We're constantly tagging each other, taking ownership of customer interactions and sharing drafts/canned responses. We have been using for over a year and could not do business without it.
What do you like best? The ability to text, email, chat with my whole team being able to help is priceless What do you dislike? Not being able to sort contacts and the search needs to be upgraded in contacts as well. Email is your new superpower! Be hyper-productive and collaborative and make Front your secret sauce
What do you like best? The interface, it's blazing fast with nice keyboard shortcuts and all sorts of features that give your email superpowers. You can easily connect with your team, snooze emails and create sequences. It's all you need to in this day and age to make the most out of email. What do you dislike? An inbox and task management in one!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What makes Front superior to other email platforms? The list is long—but allow me to paint a picture. What do you like best? Love the powerful ability to collaborate on individual messages with chats, shared drafts, and no need to forward/cc endlessly saves time and headaches. Front is a good product but poor reporting
What do you like best? I work on a team-based model, and Front is able to support many different round-robin rules, our tagging structure, and in-depth searching.
