What do you like best? I love that I don't have to sort through the entire team inbox to find the emails that I need to respond to. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Really like the integrated comment function and easy ability to switch between inboxes and organise emails What do you dislike? I'm still not a fan of the calendar. I can't drag events to different timeslots and can't always find what I need (eg. how to make an event recurring). An easy straightforward tool to handle online customer communications.

What do you like best? Front is dead simple. It's almost immediately usable with no training required. What do you dislike? It's missing some of the customizations of competitors and mobile notifications should be faster. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We moved from ZenDesk to Front. Front has filled our needs for pennies on the dollar. We love the low cost per user so we can have the whole team in Front.

What do you like best? Pinging people on mails and assigning them. What do you dislike? Sometimes the search bar does not function very well. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make the research bar better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the simplicity of use and it's very easy to configure Front and create rules. What do you dislike? The limit of shared inboxes, we can't personalize the UI by moving the inboxes. What do you like best? It is very user friendly. In addition it is like a "Jack of all trades" I can do so much with it! Front also provides so many ways to address our customers, colleagues and other departments we work with.
