What do you like best about Fringe? I love the variety of choices for rewards. When my employer first adopted Fringe, I mostly redeemed points for everyday/necessary rewards like Uber for transportation or Instacart for groceries. What do you like best about Fringe? Fringe allows employees to use their points on anything they find meaningful. It solves the issue HR has faced again and again when trying to reward employees or pick a perk program such as gym memberships, home office stipend, etc. It's easy to administer, and we have received great feedback. What do you like best about Fringe? The fact that Fringe is company-paid makes it even more awesome than it is already. I was so surprised to see how diversified the choices are for spending your points. I spent my first 1000 points on $50.00 for Doordash and $50.00 for Fandango. When you have food delivered at your door after a long day at work or can relax watching a movie in comfort and have food and drinks delivered to your recliner that's the life. "Fringe is such a great concept!"
What do you like best about Fringe? Fringe has helped me and my family in many ways and I have to say, I really look forward to my points every month nowadays. For July 4th I was able to use my points to get an Airbnb and just recently, we were able to order take-out with Doordash only available because of Fringe. If you are a leader in a company, there's no reason not to start this kind of program. So many choices to choose from and definitely boosts morale in the company.

What do you like best about Fringe? Fringe has made my life as a mid pandemic work from home mom way easier- I can choose extra perks like Instacart deliveries, Doordash for when I don't feel like cooking dinner or take care of our Netflix or Spotify subscriptions for several months at a time with no stress at all. It's like a genie in a bottle for moms!

What do you like best about Fringe? I love how Fringe has numerous options. There is a span of coffee subscriptions, therapy classes, master classes, golf options, vitamin supplements, eye care, and child services.
